At Key to Art Works, we ensure that all our products are carefully inspected and packed before shipping. Since we deal primarily in raw materials, returns are not accepted in general. However, in the rare case that you receive a damaged or defective product, you may request a return or refund, provided you follow the conditions outlined below.

1. Raw Materials

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless there is a proven defect or damage in the delivered item.

2. Claiming a Return or Refund for Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must:

✅ Make an Unboxing Video:

• The video must start before opening the package and should clearly show the shipping label, packaging, and the damaged product inside.
• The damage or defect must be clearly visible in the video.
• Blurry or incomplete videos will not be accepted as proof.

✅ Submit the Video Proof Immediately:

• Send the unboxing video and order details to keytoartworks@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.
• Our team will review the claim within 2 working days and confirm a refund is eligible or not.

✅ Approval Required:

• Refunds will only be processed after our team reviews and approves the claim.
• If approved, we will provide instructions for the next steps.

3. Refund Process

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed and credited within 7 business days after the claim is approved.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Non-Eligible Cases

We will not process returns or refunds in the following cases:
❌ If the unboxing video is missing or incomplete.
❌ If the damage is reported after 24 hours of delivery.
❌ If the product is used, altered, or not in its original packaging.
❌ If the reason for return is a change of mind or personal preference.
